These terms cover use of the ASINCORE informational website. They do not grant access to the software products or replace a separate subscription, beta, or data-processing agreement.

ASINCORE presents its software portfolio for Amazon sellers and offers a way to inquire about early access. Product availability, eligibility, scope, pricing, and support are determined through the applicable product agreement.

Early-access requests

Sending an email is a request for information. It does not create an account, place an order, require payment, or guarantee acceptance into a beta program.

Permitted use

You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Content and intellectual property

ASINCORE branding, website text, and original illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names belong to their respective owners. References to Amazon describe the products’ intended market and do not imply Amazon sponsorship or endorsement.

Product information and illustrations

Architecture previews are explanatory illustrations. They do not display live account data. Product outcomes depend on operating conditions and seller decisions; this website does not guarantee margins, profits, or marketplace results.

Separate service terms

Software access, fees, cancellation, service levels, responsibility for automated actions, and processing of seller or customer data must be addressed in the applicable service agreement before onboarding. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
